Filters and Bookmarks
Filters
Filters allow you to more easily find the information you need within areas like Encounters, Notes, Labs, and Media. You can save item types that you frequently look for in a filter to minimize searching and scrolling.
Bookmarks
Bookmarks are another way to access the information you need, faster. They are especially helpful when you need to surface information others need to see, because bookmarks can be viewed by other Epic users. You can create bookmarks yourself and also view bookmarks created by others. Bookmarks are particularly useful in the Media tab.
